Return/Cancellation Policy

Thanks for shopping at Studio Black Dot. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we create. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.


As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Studio Black Dot. Please remember that by placing an order or making a purchase at Studio Black Dot, you agree to the terms along with Studio Black Dot’s Privacy Policy.


If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us at contact.studioblackdot@gmail.com and we will discuss your concern.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Sale items cannot be refunded/replaced.

Bespoke products/Made to order products are not eligible for refund/replacement.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. With these conditions satisfied, a product is eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery provided:

  • A wrong product has been sent to you

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If your return is approved, the return shipping will be reimbursed along with the refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Making sure we receive the products being returned is the customer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation for products is accepted if the request for cancellation is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation for services is accepted if the request for cancellation is made 24 hours before the time of the session.
